Good day to all.
We are at a threshold of the Federation where we are in dire need of a Minister of Economy and of a mean to gather physical funds; not just for the Federation itself, but as a way to help kickstart Federation-related projects, and help develop Pangaean Countries.
After proposing it to older members, I then spoke with Athamanatha Kitsune (discord athamanatha) with the proposal, because I felt she would have the most motivation and reasons for the position, and after discussions, she agreed to the proposal, so here I put up the vote to let the community decide upon the motion.
I personally feel that Athamanatha is qualified and trustworthy, and most of all, motivated, as she knows inside and out the struggle of kickstarting an important project. I also wish to attenuate the worries of conflicts of interests with her project Vulpine Labs (worries that she shared at first and was thus hesitant upon accepting the proposal), as I would like to remind everyone that any decisions affecting the community that Ministers embark upon must first be democratically voted by the community.
And at this point, we first need to consider the great benefits finally gaining a Minister of Economy will entail: donations, fundraisings, buying lands or establishments, physical trade and economy with international entities, etc.
