Hi, I'm Leon Grad, and I've got to share something from my heart.
So in a few days we'll be celebrating Stellardate +4200. For the occasion I decided to put a little speech together, as the Minister of Advancement but also as ex-Minister of Environment and as the former President of the community.
Soon the Federation of Pangaea will have existed for 12 years now. Yep, you could say we take our time to build stuff. But in our defence, our stuff last a long time. Pangaea's now home to amazing and completely different Pangaean Countries, all across the world. Relica produces beautiful hand-made products, and its leader himself is directly involved in the process, despite his busy days. Vahn keeps changing name but it's a wise nation that thinks a lot about important world issues, those issues that many other governments don't dare address. Halen is up in the cold north, and its name means "salt", which plays an important role in that nation's history. Quebecia is the sovereign nation of the French Canadians and Native Americans community; it's known for its kindness on the international stage, and it's seeking recognition from Canada. I could go on, those are just four out of the fifty-or-so Pangaean Countries that compose Pangaea. All of those have their own experimental independent governance systems, which they tailored to their own bioregions and local community needs, and so Pangaea is a beautiful practical example of decentralized yet harmonious governments.
There's also the Pangaean people itself, these are folks that aren't members of any Pangaean Countries. Those are also pretty awesome, and so diverse. One of these folks is an amazing digital artist. Another is a genetic researcher that launched the idea of Freedom of Form. Another is a physicist that pioneered preon theory. Another is a science-fiction novel writer, and when I say "novel" I mean those that look like bricks. Another is a guy from NASA. Our current president, Daan van Loon, well he's a super good friend of mine; he's full of fire and kindness and passion, yet an incredibly capable and wise leader.
Of course some foreign governments might have the impression that because Pangaea is peaceful, then it means Pangaea hasn't gotten around geopolitical issues yet. It's true that we're not "playing in the game". We could. But we chose not to.
We thoroughly scanned all, yes, ALL of human history to identify all of the methods that so-called "leaders" have used to betray one another's trust, wage "psychological" and "information" wars, and literally enslave their own people. We know of all the ways, and to be completely honest, implementing them would be so easy, that's why they have been used throughout history. From false flags, to sock-puppeteering, to disinformation strategies. But we will not be employing any of those methods. Why? Well, when a child constantly steals from your cookie jar, would you say he's gonna grow into someone you can trust? When some people constantly lie to you and only pretend to like you while in fact they don't, do you feel like you have any true friendships and that can count on them in times of need?
We will not participate in those "information" or "deception" wars that some "leaders" wage on the rest of the world. Destabilizing other countries from within, lying to their own allies, destroying their own communities so to force restrictions, history of mankind is full of recorded examples for thousands of years and we are painfully aware of every single one of them. Those are ultimately signs of weakness and lack of leadership. People are still unhappy, kept in a constant state of fear, and slave to a system that, in exchange, antagonizes them and voluntarily keeps them powerless. This is not a "country", is is a prison.
We are not participating in mass deception. Lying is incredibly so easy, however some folks at some point in history have to just stop. Who will be those that'll take the first step? Every night I consider how many people get to bed but cannot sleep because they're powerless, fearing life, victims of cowardly terrorist acts from their own governments, without homes, their bellies empty, and their voices ignored. How many people, how many countries are still imprisoned in old, rusting chains of greed? How many of our ancestors, including ancient Native elders, have died hoping, no, fighting for a wiser world that has yet to come? Well, today I'm announcing that Pangaea will now be officially taking that path of wisdom.
We will protect the cultural expression of our community, we will partner up with nature, we will empower the poor and we will defend the innocent. But we will NOT be interfering in the development of other nations. We will NOT be joining the mass hatred against specific communities that other "leaders" want us to join. We will NOT sit at secret meetings and conspire to force a undemocratic "fourth industrial revolution" down on other countries. We will NOT tamper with weather and viruses and airplanes as to induce fear and adoption of controversial policies. We will not be creating fake opposition, we will not be spending resources into fake debates or into anything meant to maintain the hollow illusion of a democracy while snuffing out actual democracy. Those are worn-out greedy behavior that aren't compatible with advancement and sustainable leadership.
We shall NOT betray the trust of our own people, and that of our allies. Let this be clear: when you join Pangaea, you join the side of peace, of collaborative sovereignty, and of independent prosperity. When you choose Pangaea as a partner, you don't just get a partner, you get a genuine friend.
It's time for you to enjoy a benevolent world that's worth living in; for both you and your generations.
Will you join us as we build that better world?
Will you be forgotten by posterity; or will you join the future, and become a pioneer in the first Worldwide Democratic Civilization?
