So in Pangaea's objectives we wanted to create a self-sustaining device that can provide green energy. Think Tony Stark's "Arc Reactor".
This is basically the goal of Project Blue Ember. And the Ministry of Advancement is getting close to that goal.
We built a device that produces usable energy output (light and also mechanical energy) but that basically requires no input. No need for new batteries, no need for solar panels, no need for anything. It's self-sustaining. It self-recharges, no need to plug it in any outlet. I nickname it the "forever light" because it can be used as a source of light that requires no input.
We ran it for 10 minutes straight but we will be trying to run it for an indefinite number of time. We expect it to stop providing output after some period of time, after which it will self-recharge for another period of time and then become available to offer additional output once again. But the amount of time these periods take are unknown.
Exciting stuff. This tech is getting excitingly close to the idea of "free energy", normally assumed to be impossible. Although just at the stage of proof of concept for now, the concept has huge potential to solve energy crisis and literally empower people and governments.

using algea or such? or quantum destabilzation through stabilization? or ionic, but knowing the arc reactor algea seem a logic option since some of those generate hydrogen.

None of these actually. Right now we're exploring three options:
Electrochemical Classic induction Bio-electromechanical
The second option is what was being investigated the most but we are also opening up to the other avenues.
Given we live in times that are not peaceful, we are however retaining property rights on this technology, as to ensure it's not used for purposes outside peace.
