I'd like to propose the next objectives for Pangaea, these are simple recommendations.
Current challenges: world politics are increasingly greedy and aggressive, causing damages to Pangaea on several levels: economic (we're having trouble producing our own stuff and we're all super poor), ecological (damages to the environment), and ethical (more and more people around the world are being deprived of fundamental rights). Our current priority must be the establishment of a sovereign territory outside of all countries. When all countries will become corrupt, which is just a question of time, this Pangaean territory will become the last beacon of hope. This territory is Agarta.
The idea of building a fleet of boats is awesome but costly. I propose the fleet be built immediately after Agarta.
By Stellardate +4100 (August 28 2023) we will have completed the survey of a working ecosystem to replicate over on Agarta. This survey will include staple food candidates that resist cold weather and that require no maintenance; and all phytochemical values of all known plants, for the purpose of making medicine. We will also quantify Ellesar's water machine performance so people can have food but also clean water.
By Stellardate +4200 (December 6 2023) PangaTech will become much more active, and we'll begin selling products. Profits will be stored as the Federal Reserve, to be used only in accordance with democratic process. We will essentially be setting PangaTech into an actual company, complete with a CEO and all that stuff.
By Stellardate +4300 (March 15 2024) we will reach at least a thousand citizens.
By Stellardate +4500 (October 1 2024) we will acquire a property near the sea, and begin building a ship. We will also begin to build an Agarta landmass module and test the viability of the design.
By Stellardate +5000 (February 13 2026 [yes, 2026 not 2025]), almost 2 years after the tests, we will have at least ten modules anchored in the confidential location in the Indian ocean. These 10+ modules will be the beginning of the Agarta landmass, which will then grow larger in the future. Agarta will officially become the capital of the Federation Pangaea, and Pangaean Countries will be allowed to establish their countries on that new land, without the interference of "macronations".
After which Agarta will be ready to welcome Pangaeans. More ships will be built, leading to the creation of a fleet, allowing Pangaea to pick citizens up so they can get to Agarta but the fleet will also deter potential threats to Agarta and the people living there.
