I'm super excited to announce that we determined the future geographical location of the Agarta artificial landmass, which will become the capital island of the Federation of Pangaea, and open to all Pangaeans.
Agarta will be positioned in the south of the Indian ocean, way outside of the territorial waters of Australia. We plan to begin construction within the upcoming years.
This project represents a seasteading initiative, aimed at relieving future overpopulation, and it will be carried out in partnership with other countries. The island will be a paradise where nature and humans will live in complete symbiosis, thanks to our knowledge of ecosystems and their evolutions; and technology will advance in the wake of wisdom.
All Pangaeans will be free to visit or even establish themselves on the new landmass once it's completed.

A few things to consider:
1. How deep is the water there - and so how much will you need to build up? 2. Can you build your seastead to float? 3. Can you build your seastead to cope with storms? I mean full-on Cat 6 super-cyclones, as per climate change. 4. Can you build it such that sea level rise from climate change melting the ice and warming (thus expanding) the oceans, will not have a negative effect? 5. Have you accounted for all the minor islands in the Indian Ocean and all the shipping lanes? 6. How will you transport things to and from there, is it a long way? Will you have an airport? 7. Where are the resources coming from? 8. Whose money?
