Bill 1: Organic Food
Food that is meant for consumption by any citizen of the Federation of Pangaea must be produced in an organic manner, in that such food may only be produced by relying on substances normally found in Nature, and/or methods that are purely physical, mechanical, or biological. Additionally, in the case of plants or mushrooms, such organisms must be grown in soil that had no unnatural or synthetic substances applied for five years prior to harvest. In the case of meat, including fish, it is required that animals are raised in living conditions accommodating their natural behaviors, including the ability to feed naturally and to move naturally; are provided with 100% organic feed and forage, and not administered antibiotics, synthetic substances or hormones. The genetic makeup of food, if applicable, shall not be tampered with, except through the ancestral and natural method of selective breeding.
Bill 2: Festival of the Goodluck Pearl
Legend has it that dragons could affect weather and water, in addition of being wise. Those dragons would concentrate their abilities, wisdom, and very core essence into a pearl.
The festival of the Goodluck Pearl shall be held when the Stellar Date ends with -550. It will be held to celebrate the natural elements, bring forth fair weather, and to promote acts of kindness.
During that festivity, people are invited to decorate their places with beautiful, handmade "pearls". Those pearls need simply to be spherical in shape, and smaller than a closed fist. They can be made of any material. They may have any color, any style, and any design upon it.
On the day prior to the Festival of the Goodluck Pearl, the Ministry of Culture shall decide on a prize, and publicy announce it. At the end of the Festival, the President shall choose the best pearl, and, before the next day has passed, grant the Culture prize to the creator of that pearl.
The Festival of the Goodluck Pearl shall qualify as a holiday; in which case, in accordance with Article 45:c of the Universal Charter, work shall not be compulsory during that day.
Bill 3: Political Agnosticism in Children Education
Any education system are prohibited from promoting political ideologies to any child. They are prohibited from teaching material that is intended to politically influence a child, or to politically orient a child. The parents of a child are however excluded from this prohibition, and retain the right to educate their own child in any manner they see fit, in accordance with the Universal Charter of the Federation of Pangaea.
Bill 4: Pangaea Natural Legacy Areas
The Federation of Pangaea promotes a partnership with the environment and the biosphere. Therefore, the Pangaea Natural Legacy program (PNL) is a platform to place natural locations under the environmental protection of the Federation of Pangaea. Citizens will be allowed in PNL areas, and are granted to perform any activities, provided such citizens respect the integrity of the area and the Universal Charter. Mining industries or deforestation companies will, in contrast, not be allowed to establish themselves in those protected areas.
PNL lands are subjected to the following provisions:
a. One cannot claim parts of a PNL land as private property.
b. The total area of all PNL combined together must not exceed 25 percents of the total area of the Federation of Pangaea. This applies only to PNL areas that exist within the area of the Federation of Pangaea.
c. The density of humans in a PNL may not exceed 1 per square kilometer.
d. When a human forages resources within a PNL, those resources may not be sold.
e. Humans may only forage on plants and animals that are listed as Plentiful in that particular PNL. A list of Plentiful organisms must be provided with the creation of a new PNL. This list must have at least 10 plentiful animals and 10 plentiful edible plants.
f. A human may settle within a PNL; however the settlement must not take an area that exceeds 20 meters by 20 meters on the surface of the PNL land. This settlement is not considered private property; private properties may be claimed and built on public lands outside of PNL areas.
g. The Ministry of Environment reserves the right to trespass on any part of a PNL area, except within human settlements there. The MoEn reserves the right to carry out scientific studies, or to allow scientific studies, that respect all other provisions provided above.
h. A Pangaean Country may decline to dedicate any of its territory to any PNL. A Pangaean Country is free to dissolve any PNL status areas within its territory.
Bill 5: Medical Rights
Pangean Nations, believing that all individuals have the inalienable right to take part in the evaluation of their medical needs, the development of their remedy plans and to receive facts regarding their circumstance and treatment.
We in addition assert that medical specialists must be capable of providing these services without undue government interference withinside the doctor/patient relationship; and in addition affirming that patients have the right to anticipate exclusive treatment of all communications and records regarding their care;

5. Patients have the right to receive full and accurate records about the individuals and establishments directly and individually involved in their care as it relates to their care.
6. Personal medical information and the contents of such records, which includes consultations among patients and physicians, will be held in the strictest confidence and shall not be made available to any third party without the consent of the patient, with the subsequent exceptions:
A. Records will be released in reaction to a warrant, subpoena, or similar legal instrument issued by a court of jurisdiction.
B. Physicians may make the affected person's personal medical data and the contents of such facts available to their colleagues and any healthcare specialists concerned in the affected person's treatment for the purpose of supplying hospital treatment to the affected person and for different motives which includes morbidity study. Records entirely stripped of all private details may be published.
7. The standard of care shall not be stricken by religion, race, sex, nationality, country of birth, or other such grounds, besides wherein such elements are medically applicable to the desired course of action.

Bans member Countries from purposefully chastising, condemning, or else targetting for discipline, any person for
Any act they didn't collectively devote or deliberately conspire, suppress evidence of, encourage, or grease; or
Connection or relationship to an individual, on the premise that the existent has committed a punishable or illegal act;
Demands that all past convictions contravening this resolution by member countries be absolutely rescinded or pardoned; and
Clarifies that this decision doesn't ban member countries from purposefully disciplining, condemning, or in any other case retaliating in opposition to individualities for:
Enrollment in a prohibited organisation; or
A punishable act unambiguously committed under their authority.
Bill 7: Animal Testing Welfare
Pangean Nations,
Recognizing that animals deserve to be duly treated during and after testing,
Remarking that mistreatment of animal test subjects may lead to severe torture for the animal and inaccurate examination results, and
Seeking to institute mandates on the treatment of animal test subjects,
Hereby,
1. Defines, for the purposes of this resolution:
A. A "research facility" as any establishment, private or public, which engages in animal testing for any scientific purpose, encompassing consumer security and munitions testing;
B. A "test animal" as a sentient but not sapient animal in the guardianship of any research facility for scientific purposes
C. "Ethical testing", and all deduced terms, as testing carried out on an animal in a way that isn't maliciously intended to beget severe anguish or detriment to the animal;
2. Establishes the Pangean Board of Bioethics (PBB), which will be tasked with the following:
A. Overseeing scientific experimentation in member states to ensure animal testing is being carried out ethically and in accordance with all relevant Pangean law;
B. Reporting instances of noncompliance with the ethical requirements mandated in this resolution to the local authorities for penalization;
3. Dictates that member states must reasonably and proportionally penalize research labs upon receiving a report about unethical testing from the PBB;
4. Mandates that all research facilities in member states that carry out testing on animals:
A. Report all procedures carried out on animals, and euthanizations in their custody to the PBB;
B. Carry out solely ethical testing, as defined in section 1C;
5. Requires that when a research facility is finished using an animal in its experiments:
A. The animal is returned to the wild if it was captured from the wild, has a good chance of being returned to its natural habitat successfully, and if it poses no risk to the environment it is being released into, such as carrying diseases; or;
B. The animal is given to a legal entity capable of taking care of it for the rest of its lifespan; if:
I. it is expected to live for over a year after its adoption,
II. it is healthy, not sick, and of good disposition, and,
III. it is unable to survive without help, or is of a species commonly kept as pet or livestock;
C. If the animal is unable to be adopted or released into the wild then it may be humanely euthanized;
6. Clarifies that an animal can still be adopted even if it is unable to live for over a year, and;
7. Prohibits the intentional killing of a test animal in a cruel manner, in addition to forbidding the killing of a former test animal before the viability of its adoption or release into the wild has been examined, and it has been found unsuitable for both.
Bill 8: Workers Workplace
Recognizing that all workers have the right to safe labor conditions while at their workplace;
Trusting that a consistent standard by which to measure workplace safety may lead to fewer workplace accidents, reduce medical expenditures, and help save lives;
Pangean Nations, hereby
1. Defines, as belonging to this resolution;
A. A worker is any individual who performs an assignment or job for compensation that isn't self-employed, employed in law enforcement, or in the military.
B. A workplace is any location where a worker completes a job or jobs for compensation.
2. Guarantees the right of all workers to a safe working environment.
3. Requires that all chemicals be duly labeled and that safety information be easily accessible in all workplaces pertaining to the chemical that includes but aren't limited to;
A. Reactivity
B. Toxicity
C. Physical data
D. Health effects
E. First aid instructions
F. Disposal
G. Storage
H. Protective equipment
I. Spill handling procedures
J. Radioactivity
K. Flammability
4. Requires that all workplaces establish minimal standards for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure the safety of workers with the full understanding of the hazards and surroundings workers may face.
5. Requires that all workers be supplied with PPE and that they be required to use them if so required by their workplace.
6. Requires that the workplace be reasonably free of safety hazards, that all equipment and tools can be safely handled, and that the workplace is maintained in such a state as long as workers are present.
7. Requires that all workers be trained to safely handle any hazardous materials they are required to work with or near.
8. Requires workplaces to provide proper training for tool, machine, and motorized vehicle operation be supplied when workers are needed to use them in the course of their work.
9. Requires a reasonable amount of emergency exits be supplied that allows all workers to leave the workplace hastily.
10. Requires that emergency exits be kept accessible and easily marked.
11. Requires that workers not enter or remain at a workplace when their capability to work safely is impaired to the point of endangering themselves or those around them.
12. Requires that all workers refrain from purposefully neglecting safety preventives in workplaces.
13. Requires that each nation ensure that within it there exists at least one adequately financed governmental body that inspects work sites and ensures compliance with this act throughout its territory.
14. Accepts that nothing in this resolution bars more strict workplace safety standards.
Bill 9: Workers Union
Pangaean Nations, believing that the power to create and be a part of labor unions is a very important factor in assuring proper compensation and adequate working conditions. We recognize that industrial actions are generally the sole means available for employees to influence management decisions, but we also believe that the welfare of the overall public should be of paramount concern in weighing the right of workers to interact in such actions hereby;
1. BELIEVES that all PN member nations must acknowledge and ensure the right of workers to form or join unions of their selection for the aim of collective representation, and therefore the right of those unions to ascertain and be a part of international unions and federations of labor organizations each nationally and internationally.
2. ESTABLISHES the right of workers to engage in strikes and alternative industrial actions, including work slowdowns, overtime refusal, work-to-rule and general strikes, provided that those actions are approved by a union and do not cause physical damage to persons or property;
A. Employers are not obligated by law to pay wages to workers while they are on strike.
B. Workers may not be terminated from employment for taking part in strikes or industrial action lawfully authorized by a union.
C. Employers are prohibited from participating in actions that interfere with the right of employees to interact in strikes, or actions which interfere with the ability to maintain a strike.
3. ESTABLISHES that national governments may exempt certain rights from those granted in Clause 2.
A. Strikes or alternative industrial actions not approved by a union.
B. Strikes or industrial actions that endanger the public's health or welfare, such as, however not limited to strikes by medical and police personnel.
4. RESERVES the right of each individual member nation to determine the extent to which the provisions of this resolution shall apply to members of the armed forces, law enforcement personnel, suppliers of emergency services, and government staff providing essential public services.
5. MANDATES that disputes between workers who lack the right to strike under articles 3B and 4 of this resolution be settled through binding arbitration administered by an independent and unbiased third party.
6. DECLARES that national governments may need unions to provide fair notice to employers and relevant government agencies in advance of industrial action.
7. ESTABLISHES the right of unions and their national and international organizations to be free to draw up their own constitutions and rules, organize their own administration and activities, and formulate their own programs.
8. Union members have the right to create new unions or ask for representation from a different union if they feel they are not presently being provided fair and competent representation.
9. FORBIDS employers from discriminating against employees based on union membership status. Employees and non-members should be given equal treatment in all aspects of their employment. This includes hiring, work assignments, compensation, promotion, training, and education. Disciplinary action should also be impartial and based on individual merit.
10. DECLARES that unions must abide by national law, which national laws shall not be made to impede the guarantees provided for in this resolution.

We recognize that industrial actions are generally the sole means available for employees to influence management decisions, but we also believe that the welfare of the overall public should be of paramount concern in weighing the right of workers to interact in such actions hereby;
1. BELIEVES that all PN member nations must acknowledge and ensure the right of workers to form or join unions of their selection for the aim of collective representation, and therefore the right of those unions to ascertain and be a part of international unions and federations of labor organizations each nationally and internationally.
2. ESTABLISHES the right of workers to engage in strikes and alternative industrial actions, including work slowdowns, overtime refusal, work-to-rule and general strikes, provided that those actions are approved by a union and do not cause physical damage to persons or property;
A. Employers are not obligated by law to pay wages to workers while they are on strike.
B. Workers may not be terminated from employment for taking part in strikes or industrial action lawfully authorized by a union.
C. Employers are prohibited from participating in actions that interfere with the right of employees to interact in strikes, or actions which interfere with the ability to maintain a strike.
3. ESTABLISHES that national governments may exempt certain rights from those granted in Clause 2.
A. Strikes or alternative industrial actions not approved by a union.
B. Strikes or industrial actions that endanger the public's health or welfare, such as, however not limited to strikes by medical and police personnel.
4. RESERVES the right of each individual member nation to determine the extent to which the provisions of this resolution shall apply to members of the armed forces, law enforcement personnel, suppliers of emergency services, and government staff providing essential public services.
5. MANDATES that disputes between workers who lack the right to strike under articles 3B and 4 of this resolution be settled through binding arbitration administered by an independent and unbiased third party.
6. DECLARES that national governments may need unions to provide fair notice to employers and relevant government agencies in advance of industrial action.
7. ESTABLISHES the right of unions and their national and international organizations to be free to draw up their own constitutions and rules, organize their own administration and activities, and formulate their own programs.
8. Union members have the right to create new unions or ask for representation from a different union if they feel they are not presently being provided fair and competent representation.
9. FORBIDS employers from discriminating against employees based on union membership status. Employees and non-members should be given equal treatment in all aspects of their employment. This includes hiring, work assignments, compensation, promotion, training, and education. Disciplinary action should also be impartial and based on individual merit.
10. DECLARES that unions must abide by national law, which national laws shall not be made to impede the guarantees provided for in this resolution.
