Pangean Nations,
While believing that collective punishment is grossly illegal, as it purposefully targets the innocent, and thus a serious violation of sapient rights; and
Observing that collaborative discipline is a favored tool of authoritarian administrations to suppress opposition;
Hereby, within the confines of history, and standing law,
Bans member Countries from purposefully chastising, condemning, or else targetting for discipline, any person for
Any act they didn't collectively devote or deliberately conspire, suppress evidence of, encourage, or grease; or
Connection or relationship to an individual, on the premise that the existent has committed a punishable or illegal act;
Demands that all past convictions contravening this resolution by member countries be absolutely rescinded or pardoned; and
Clarifies that this decision doesn't ban member countries from purposefully disciplining, condemning, or in any other case retaliating in opposition to individualities for:
Enrollment in a prohibited organisation; or
A punishable act unambiguously committed under their authority.
