I have the heartbreaking duty to announce to all that I, Isabelle Tremblay, must officially resign from the duty of Minister of Culture.
I've tried my best, but the responsibilities are too great with my own personal matters back home, and I'm overwhelmed.
I pray that we find quickly another Minister. The Ministry of Culture has already advanced quite a lot, if I may say so. We have an official Art & Culture group over at DeviantArt: www.deviantart.com/pangaeanculture
A Festival of Goodluck Pearl, and its award;
a magazine called PangaMag in the making.
The Ministry is no longer one that needs to be started over from scratch. So I hope someone with more time than I will be able to head t soon.
Until then, and until my own life matters takes over the few time that I have for this community, I will nonetheless keep on doing the best as I can to help out the MoC.
