I am proud to announce that the Common Senate has approved the adoption of the Universal Charter of the Federation of Pangaea!
The Common Senate is the nation-wide round table where every citizens may vote on national matters. There, the people have just adopted the Charter, with, unexpectedly, universal support (100% in favour).
The Universal Charter is the very foundation and structure of our growing civilization. It is inspired by the old Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and by the modern Statehood theory described by the Montevideo Convention. However it has been upgraded to eliminate loopholes that would be conductive to autocratic legislations, enforce a true direct democracy, provide modern definitions for an innovative society, and enforce fundamental undeniable rights for a people that is truly and fully free.
The adoption of the Universal Charter marks the moment in history where human beings, across the world, evolve as a people, breaking their chains from obsolete systems, and joining hands as brothers and sisters on this world. Starting from today the Federation of Pangaea stands tall. We are the new face of the Earth, and of any worlds to which we decide to venture.
Let us begin an era where terror, despair, hunger and poverty become part of the past; and where the sacred nature of life, the freedom of individuals in harmony with the rest of the biosphere, is protected. We shall be the first nation to seek and obtain not power, but, instead something infinitely more valuable for the future: wisdom.
The Universal Charter of the Federation of Pangaea is hereby effective indefinitely. It takes precedence over any other provisions, laws or restrictions, in accordance with itself only. This is the will of the people of our worldwide democratic civilization, and is therefore in full effect, starting now.
